Data we collect

• Email address — Used only to deliver your audiobook and send order confirmations
• Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details
• Order records — We keep a record of your purchase for customer support and refunds

File handling

Your uploaded PDF files are processed to create your audiobook and then deleted. We do not store, read, or analyze your documents beyond the conversion process.

The generated audiobook is stored temporarily for delivery and download, then automatically deleted after 7 days.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate ListenablePDF:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• OpenAI — Text-to-speech conversion
• Vercel — Website hosting and file storage
• Resend — Email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure ad performance. No data selling, no behavioral tracking.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Since we don't require accounts, there's minimal data to delete.
